Whiting-Turner placed the concrete for the west half of the first floor (around 60 percent of the first floor square footage) between 4 and 8 a.m. this morning via a pump truck. The pump truck set up around 3:45 a.m. and once set, two concrete trucks at a time backed up to the pump truck, unloaded and were replaced by two new trucks. The east half of the first floor is scheduled to be poured on February 23 at 6 a.m.
