There will be 4 chillers in the basement. They are the large mechanical equipment that chills the water to provide cooling to the building. Each one weighs 42,000 pounds.

Other activities currently going on would be window installation on the west and north elevations, interior framing from the 1st floor - the 4th floor. Plumbing and ductwork are being worked on floors basement - 4th floor and in the penthouse.
