Pharmacy Hall Addition News

The glass roof for the atrium is finally being installed and was completed over the weeked. Each individual glass panel weighs about 300 lbs and has to be lifted into place by a crane.

On February 19, Whiting Turner held a Worker Appreciation Event for many of the trades on site. The event was held in what will be our 200 seat lecture hall. On any given day there are approximately 170 contruction workers on site. In a few weeks, there will be over 100 different trades on site with over 300 construction workers on site.



Interior drywall will be 99% complete in the next week and a half. Fourth floor offices have been painted. Below is a picture of the fourth floor hallway.

This is a picture of the dry walled laboratory space and graduate write areas. Installation of casework will begin at the end of next month.
